Is there still a reassessment backlog?

in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)

I'm on new style ESA in the support group with life long conditions, I noticed it said I'd be put in for reassessment after a year but is that just a guideline and the date is likely to come and go because of the bag logs?

I'm worried because I just had my PIP renewed and it was the fastest it's ever been renewed so was hoping for some more time before the stress begins again :/
