Pension Credit late payment
Hi I'm new here and not sure if I should be concerned or if I need to contact someone, I received Pension Credit which is paid into my account at the same time as my pension, however this time I've had the PC payment, it's only been a few days but as there are no BH's I can't understand why it's not been paid in. I haven't had any letters from them regarding this, I have had letters about the State Pension and my Attendance Allowance notifying me of the annual increase but nothing for PC, should I wait a little or contact them straight away?
Thank in advance for any advice.

Hi,
You should contact them straight away. Payments are usually missed rather than late if they haven't arrived on the expected day.
The contact number for Pension Credit is: 0800 731 0469.
However, the phonelines are not open at weekends.

I eventually got through to them and I should get my missing payment in the next few days, it took me 4 calls and nearly an hour to get through to be told the problem stemmed from when I changed my address, even though there hasn't been a problem with any of my other payments, also I moved 18 months ago…………still all sorted and thank you all for you help.

That's so frustrating @Freedomlass, but glad you got it sorted in the end. Hope the payment comes through quickly.
