Having to sign on due to unfair dismissal/disability discrimination

I was recently dismissed from my job due to ongoing difficulties related to my autism. I experience challenges with processing verbal instructions, communication under pressure, and managing stress in busy environments.

In the workplace I often need repetition or clarification to ensure I understand tasks correctly. This is part of how I process information. When instructions are given quickly or when there is pressure to respond immediately, I can struggle to retain the information and may need to check things again.

Despite trying to put strategies in place such as writing notes, asking for clarification, and working closely with management, the environment became increasingly stressful. I began experiencing frequent autistic meltdowns and significant anxiety due to misunderstandings and pressure from colleagues.

When I reach this level of stress, my ability to communicate, process information, and regulate my emotions becomes significantly impaired. At those times I cannot safely or reliably carry out work tasks or interact with others in a work environment.

Because of these ongoing difficulties, my health and functioning declined to the point where I could no longer cope with the demands of the job, and I was dismissed.

Will this qualify me for limited capacity for work? :(
