Having to sign on due to unfair dismissal/disability discrimination
I was recently dismissed from my job due to ongoing difficulties related to my autism. I experience challenges with processing verbal instructions, communication under pressure, and managing stress in busy environments.
In the workplace I often need repetition or clarification to ensure I understand tasks correctly. This is part of how I process information. When instructions are given quickly or when there is pressure to respond immediately, I can struggle to retain the information and may need to check things again.
Despite trying to put strategies in place such as writing notes, asking for clarification, and working closely with management, the environment became increasingly stressful. I began experiencing frequent autistic meltdowns and significant anxiety due to misunderstandings and pressure from colleagues.
When I reach this level of stress, my ability to communicate, process information, and regulate my emotions becomes significantly impaired. At those times I cannot safely or reliably carry out work tasks or interact with others in a work environment.
Because of these ongoing difficulties, my health and functioning declined to the point where I could no longer cope with the demands of the job, and I was dismissed.
Will this qualify me for limited capacity for work? :(

You will need to go through a Work Capability Assessment
The three outcomes are fit for work, Limited Capability for Work (where you would be expected to engage with a work coach for work preparation activities) or Limited Capability for Work Related Activity.
Due to upcoming cuts to the LCWRA amount paid, I'd recommend getting your UC claim up & running ASAP, report your health condition & submit first Fit Note before 5th April.
When you've been sent the UC50 I'd recommend seeing a local welfare rights organisation who can help you fill in the form.

I went through similar issue with my last employer over 20 years ago,
I have Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) which can also be one of the multiple issues which can combine as part of an individuals Autism.
I have problems understanding verbal instructions, and understanding multiple staff sound based communication, speech.
And a few years later when I explained Auditory Processing Disorder, how it affects me, and how it affects in the work place and the accommodations I need, our local JobCentre manager told me that I was Unemployable, and that I should stop claiming Job Seekers Allowance JSA, and start claiming Disability Living Allowance DLA.

It pains me to say this but if you were given the chop on medical grounds, they're more than likely to deem you unfit to work.

from my experience it is more that employers, and these pretending to provide support are only interested in providing disability discrimination, and failing to understand our cognitive strengths and failing to provide accommodations for our lifelong cognitive limitations

Our cognitive abilities can begin to weaken from around the age of 40 onwards, Each individuals slowing down rate varies which can be genetic or resulting from our life issues such as accidents, and stress etc.
