You can't actually call them, they don't have a call centre, you have to use either the app or the website.

That doesn't mention powerchairs - only foldable chairs - does Uber handle powerchairs ? Taxis - There are very few accessible taxis in my town - and even if I did use a taxi (getting there is fine but getting home again is the problem - you cannot book a journey with no idea of what time you will be travelling). And if I take my manual chair - how do I move it in the hospital / surgery ? I cannot move it myself - my arms are riddled with arthritis and my shoulders are extremely painful too !
