pip review and LCWRA
hey all, I am currently in receipt of higher rate daily element and higer rate mobility element of pip won via tribunal in 2025 also LCWRA, my award for pip is due for review November 26. I am very concerned that if I don't get the higher rate daily living again i will be assessed as a new claimant meaning that I will need 4 points or will need to receive this to be able to keep my LCWRA element of UC, I do have 4 points in my award now but only due to tribunal overturning it.
could anyone give any advice please it would be much appreciated.

The 4 point proposal has been dropped.
UC & PIP are not currently linked, there are intentions to do so in future.
