Adding more to already submitted PIP form
Hi, I submitted my first ever PIP application and have now been sent an assessment date. However, when completing the form, I did not complete three categories as I hadn't understood what was being asked for. Having had a few weeks to think about it, I now realise how my disabilities fit into those categories. Can I bring this up at the assessment ir, better still, add info to the form via a phone call or letter? My assessment is in 2 weeks time?

You can give the information during your assessment. I wouldn't advise you to ring PIP to give the information because I would not trust the call centre staff to type what you tell them. Either that or you can ring the health assessment providers and ask if you can send extra information to tell and they will give you their address to send it. Make sure you put your name and NI number on everything you send.

Good morning @Nelson0906
We have removed your attached images as they contained lots of your personal information and this is a public forum. Did you have a question about your letters?
