can anyone help me I am on esa and in a group and contribution based my partner is also on esa she still employed and on contribution based we can't get a rent rebate unless we are on income based esa can anyone help

Have you put your details into the on line benefit calculator ?
You may need to get f2f advice from CAB or similar

As CR says, the online benefit calculator is a great place to start. Have a go, and just come back to us if you'd like any more support or advice. Alternatively, your local Citizens Advice service may be able to help. In the meantime, you may find Scope's information on ESA useful. Hope this helps!
