I want to start selling my art again… but I’m on UC, PIP & LWCRA….
For years I’ve been unwell, I’m on PIP, LWCRA, and a little UC (husband works full time).
When I was in my 20s I was an artist, something I did in my spare time. I’ve found myself drawing again, and people are taking interest. I’m looking at setting up maybe an Etsy shop. And going self employed this way.
Beauty of this is I can work at my own pace, granted if I feel well enough.
what do I do in regards to declaring this? Who do I need to inform as I guess if I’m recieving money, I need to let the likes of UC know? Will my LWCRA and UC stop?

You have to declare as soon as you start trading, even if you do not earn anything to keep it right, I just declared it today since I set up a few products on ACGGOODs and INPRINT, you log in to your UC, "Report a change" > "Work and earnings" and then you'll select Self Employed, I'm not too sure what happens next, but I was told to expect an appointment set up, which hasn't happened right away for me there, so I left a message in my journal asking about it and letting them know which dates I don't have available currently… I'm hoping they can get me in before April anyway.
