Just wanted to say hi as new here. Become disabled around 5 years ago due to "Hydromyelia", find it hard as I rely on my parents to do everything as cannot walk or stand unaided.

Hi, it's a neurological condition, which can differ from person to person. It's to do with abnormal widening of the Spinal Chord. I cannot move my left leg or foot at all, took ages for me to get a diagnosis though. Currently struggle on crutches round the house and use a wheelchair outside.
