Hi all,
so so today I had my decision from my ESA tribunal but I’m not sure on the wording. I can’t understand what group I have been put in. If anyone can help that would be great.
1; The appeal is allowed.
2; The decision made by the Secretary of State on 28/03/17 is set aside.
3; Miss ****** has limited capability for work.
4; In applying the work capability assessment 33 points were scored from the activities and descriptors in schedule 2 of the ESA regulations 2008.
5; No schedule 3 descriptor applies. Regulation 35 of the ESA regulations 2008 did not apply.
By resin of anxiety and depression Miss ******** is significantly limited. As a result the above descriptors are satisfied.
The tribunal recommends that the department does not reassess within 24 months from today’s date.

@theresa35 the number of points determines if you qualify for ESA, not which group you may be in, this looks as if it is still to be determined by the DWP as it does seem to have been mentioned in the appeal decision.
You can find out which descriptors should apply in determining if you should be put in the support group at https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and-support-allowance/esa-glossary/1353-support-group-descriptors
