    I'm exhausted by lack of sleep.

    Its been another long night lying awake.

    I'm staying in bed for a while in the hope I may drift to sleep for a while.

    I will be watching rubbish on TV later, not much else.

    Yes I managed to have two hours sleep and it was lovely.

    Its very cold and dull here today and I'm bored here on my own.
