For me - it's the "ENERGY PRICE CAP"
Its not a CAP - Its just the average amount that people pay for energy.

Hi Wibbles. 👋🏼😊 Great idea. My two pet peeve lines, in no particular order, are when I'm talking about something that upsets me and the person says:
1. You need to calm down.
2. You need to learn to be positive.
Puts me in a tizzy!!!

People Wibbles.
People!
Even if only in our imaginations, we have the capacity to lead perfect lives. Pleasure, happiness and good times.
Unfortunately however most people get so wound up with jealousy and anger about things they imagine to be true, they distract themselves from how astonishingly beautiful the world really is. The incredible good fortune of being alive to witness and able to understand everything, if we just find out about things.
But I'm a manic optimist and fortunately it's only their loss, pitiable as that may be.
Caps are failed hats.

Spitting!!! My daughter recently had a stopover in China & they do a lot of spitting there!!!
Apparently in China, many people view spitting as a cleansing action for the body.

In China - shaking hands is seen as dirty and to be avoided

They don't shake hands where I live either (Southern Spain). It's absolutely central to my Canadian culture - as it is yours. You can't imagine how much I miss it. It breaks my heart, as silly as that sounds. I miss it so much. So much. Did I say I miss it?

Remember Covid was spread (partly) by touch

People I do not know touching me. I was on the tram not long ago and stood up to let someone out and a silly person brought there arm down and hit me on the head. They then started to rub my head to make it better. I could not believe it.

You just need to wash your hands. No biggie. But it's worse here because everyone kisses everyone on both cheeks. For real.
That would totally freak me out too. I despise the cheek kissing. It's way too personal and unhygienic and gross. Especially gross with certain people like creepy people and dirty people. This change of touch communication is so unsettling. I've been here 11 years and I'm still not used to it. That's about 1/6th of my life. Maybe I'll never get used to it. It's one thing in a massive list of differences that I can't wrap my head or heart around. Anyway. I got that off my chest, which is what the thread is for. 😊 Thanks for listening. 🙏🏼
