There aren't any confirmed upcoming changes to PIP.

There is a review currently underway with the results due in the Autumn.

Any recommended changes are just that, recommendations. Most of the time only a few things actually then make it into legislation.

This link should allow you to find local help with filling in the form. https://advicefinder.turn2us.org.uk/

if the planned changes to pip go ahead as expected i may becobecome one of thousands that loose it,I have had to place my home up for sale

I understand it's worrying but there's nothing we can do until it's announced. As Kimi has said typically only a few things make it into legislation. Are you experiencing financial difficulties at the moment?

    Hi

many thanks for your reply, I have my pip review next February 20272027 which is stressful

financially things are becoming difficult as my UC is frozen and not expected to go up for a few years as I was migrated onto UC with transisional protection my local council have said that everyone in receipt of council tax support must pay up to 50% of their council tax so that's extra money I need to find.

I'm sorry that you're struggling. You might have already done this but have you looked at a benefits calculator to check you're claiming everything you're entitled to? Here's a link to some options https://www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators .
