Is it me or am I having a nightmare?!

I am shocked to see how expensive coffee is today!

To that end, I was just wondering how does everyone like their brown powder to be?

    Hello I like instant and I also have a Nespresso machine, both are nice, it's down to preference really. Nice also to have a treat in the coffee shop, Nero is my favourite

    I can only manage decaf, but I'm not fussy about the type of coffee really. I do like the proper frothy milk you get in a coffee shop though - that's what makes the difference for me!

    Yeah, I used to go to a Cafe in Town called Sarni's regularly, their coffee's lovely and it's only about 2 and half quid.

    I only drink coffee for the caffeine and I make it as milky and sugary as humanly possible. So I vote instant for the lack of fuss.

    A traditional, simple method, a stove top moka pot, bellissimo!

    This thread might have just spurred me on to replace the one i disposed of several years ago.

    Hi would everyone be ok with sharing what coffee they like?

    I have been drinking the nescafe instant coffee, but now they they have put 3 less packets in the box and reduced the amount of coffee in in packet ๐Ÿ˜ค.

    I would like to try some other instant coffees that taste good, I have only drank this one and don't know what to try.

    I had my first coffe for a couple of years the other day (was on 16 cups a day โ€ฆ but when my surgeon had a camera in my stomach, his words were โ€ฆ if you carry on, you're going to be in a world of pain in a few years โ€ฆ won't include the words of profanity he used ๐Ÿ˜—)

    It was a pod esspresso with condensed milk caramel drizzle instead of milk โ€ฆ bwoy it was good but I was buzzing for hours after it

    White coffee, really milky, no sugar (I don't clean my teeth well enough according to my Dentist, and I've got a checkup coming next month)

    Always drank filter coffee for many years, now Instant as long as it's Colombian or Costa Rican ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜‹.

    I like both ground for espresso and instant coffee. I mix instant with all milk (no water). So one type of coffee is completely different from the other. Also sometimes I have just frothy milk mixed with instant. It's awesome! @Rosie_Scope perhaps it's worth buying the frother machine? I love mine.

    If my stomach is acting up (gastritis and hiatus hernia), I switch to only instant as it's gentler. If it's still too strong, I switch to decaf instant.

    @Well_Well_Well I also use Nestle instant. If you buy the jar instead of the packets, it's much cheaper. If you like having it portioned out, you can do so yourself by buying little containers for the ready.

    The camera was totally unrelated to my coffee drinking. The surgeon is a bit eccentric and wanted to see how high he could get the camera ๐Ÿ˜

    Not sure who was most surprised when he told a little nurse to climb on the bed and sit on my stomach โ€ฆ me or her. Especially when she introduced herself โ€ฆ didn't seem so weird with the same name as my wife ๐Ÿ˜‚. Only me โ€ฆ

    Plus it was a wake up call seeing the polyps caused by coffee

    The only coffee I really drink now is a McDonalds Iced Caramel Frappe โ€ฆ so lush โ€ฆ and healthy as long as I keep taking the statins โ€ฆ
