Welfare deputyship

hi

I am thinking of applying for welfare deputyship for my 15 year old non verbal child who has learning disabilities. So I can make decisions for him in regards to care etc once he’s an adult. But I have heard the court don’t issue these orders unless in severe circumstances.

Anyone had any experiences. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    If you still wish to go through the welfare deputyship, I'd definitely recommend gaining some advice from a legal specialist. Turn2us might be able to support with this.
