@anisty thanks for the heads up about that. Absolutely wouldn’t rely on AI to help me write it, I do think I should write from the heart and I would encourage that too in others. I can well believe DWP would claim AI help for genuine applications too, I know they look for every loophole and angle to justify denying support. Three years ago I was determined to beat that with my application by writing in such a harrowing way about my life and difficulties which was really saddening at the time and I’ll have to do it again. It’s awful

It is painful really triggering but cover everything what i did with mine is and i am terrible writing and understanding it all tbh i did it day by day at one point got rage and the pen was nearly ripping the paper its so hard sometimes as i mask so well but the reality is the total opisite i did day by day and just sent it goodluck

@Catherine21 I feel this too what you shared, I remember this three years ago doing it day by day and having helpful supporting phone calls from Citizens Advice to help me fill in the form. Thankfully I have a fave to face appointment with Citizens Advice this time and they can help me again too which I’m really grateful for. What you have shared about how you felt I can relate, it’s really upsetting. The relief I felt when it was approved was enormous

Yes CAB helped me with universal credit migration i was blown away by thier help it seems your prepared so thats half the battle i think just remember this shall pass all will go well x
