LWCRA - how long does it take?
Im currently filling out this form but have seen conflicting time frames as to when you get a decision dows anyone know how long it takes? as i cannot cut my hours down before knowing ill get that help im currently off sick and have been since feb due to my condition and relapse just dont know where to turn my partner earns ok money but i now only get SSP but UC said as combined we are entitled to £1,120 per month but deducted £938 from that amount

Unfortunately the time scales vary quite a lot we really can't be specific.
Once you've sent back the form you can contact the health assessment agency to enquire about waiting times for your assessment.
After that it can take up to 12 weeks for the result.
Again that too varies - some people hear within a few days, others are waiting a few months.

It's not easy at all @Shev. It's such a stress going through all the assessments and when you're already dealing with so much it can be a real weight on your mind. Fingers crossed you hear back soon!

Does anyone know if more people get refused than awarded LWCRA
