    That sounds delicious @luvpink.

I think I'll be having a green salad again tonight now the weathers a bit warmer. Not sure what I'll be having it with yet, maybe just some ham and a boiled egg.

In our home, tea is the main meal.
I never had much of a variety in meals until I bought an "Air Fryer Oven" as seen here.

It sits on the worktop so there's no more bending down for the grill and oven which was difficult.
Since it arrived my teatimes have become an adventure.
To date I've made steak and gravy pies from scratch, mince and onion pies, Quiche Lorraine, Cumberland pie, Cottage pie, Lancashire hotpot, roast chicken and potatoes, baked fresh fish, toad in the hole and sausage and mash with onion gravy.
There's even a rotisserie for roasting, and I have bought a rotisserie basket for perfect chips and chicken nuggets.
I've even made Hot X Buns and sausage rolls from scratch that turned out much better than shop bought.
For today (Sunday) I shall be cooking Lamb Shanks with gravy, Yorkshire puddings and veg.

I have an air fryer and its very useful and much cheaper to use than my oven.

I would like an air fryer oven like yours but I can't afford one at the moment.

The money I saved on fuel, insurance etc. when I gave up driving more than paid for the oven, which was greatly reduced by Amazon at the time.
