How long is PIP Appeals to the FTT, because my appeal has passed 8 months now since I appealed on 17/07/2025 for the daily living refusal decision of my MR appeal. On 20/10/2025 the DWP rang me and said they might change the decision in my or it will an appeal.I have waited this long and when I contacted the CAB who are representing me, they said I should be prepare for an appeal.

Hi @alasalaamaa, sorry to hear you've been waiting so long. It's really difficult to say how long it'll take unfortunately as it can vary from case to case.
It's good to hear that you've got CAB helping you. Perhaps you could ask if they'd be able to help you find out about how things are progressing?
