Just had the same for my adult children who I am appointee for. I assumed there would be a response button but will wait and see if they get invited for appointments.

Me neither. Its not really an official notification or a journal update, its more like a banner advert as soon as you log in. I dont know how else to describe it!

No, I think it is just there for you to see when you next log on, it can be dismissed at the touch of a button.

@moosee ive logged into my UC journal a couple of times this week to see if any changes, like you I had the message in a banner to find out more or dismiss hide message I like you didn't have a way to reply so I've just clicked dismiss and logged out and logged back in and the message banner has disappeared now this had just been put on the us claim as a banner no way to reply I hope i will get okay with just that what I did as no name to reply to as you said have you logged back in again to see if the message is there? I checked my to do list which is empty and no name input with the message being created so I guess it's a automatic message put on the claim at this time but this is the first point of asking me about work in any way since last year when I migrated

HHi. Its just the same for me. There was no way to reply or decline so i just clicked "hide" message. It has disappeared. Same as you - the message hasnt reappeared since logging back in again and nothing further in my journal, no messages, nothing in to do list.
It is obviously just an automated announcement to everyone, letting us know that the service is available to us if we feel it would be useful/appropriate.
Hopefully thats it for now.

Good to hear from you too Holly : ) Sorry I've been so absent, just been having lots to cope with at the moment. I certainly don't want to be a stranger <squark!>. I've a bit of a breather now + will try and get back more often <flapping wings>

Yep quite right Cath, for a long time the policy has been to make it as unpleasant as possible so you're desperate + "encouraged" to take anything that's going + get off the benefits. It's the old workhouse mentality - the one that goes "if you make it too easy for them they'll never bother looking for work". Blair was an ethusiastic advocate, just like the Tories. And this lot are carrying it on.

Dead right worried. It still seems to take forever to get any decent treatment on the NHS, whatever Streeting says.

I've a feeling the tide is turning against Farage now Cath, wait and see what these council elections are like but there's signs many are using their votes tactically to keep them out. Unbelievable working classes would want to vote for them when they've so many reactionary tories in their ranks now. But in the meantime, I'm just dealing with day-to-day. I find it doesn't help to worry too much about a future that might not happen…
