Why Did uc suddenly send me a "to do" on my uc journal to update my "accessibility needs".? Does that happen periodically? Or are they doing it for another reason?

Yes sometimes they send out those things.

Yes I had that, as you can see from Kimi's quote from my post. It really started my anxiety off.

@Azura Left a comment on your post. Its so worrying, all of it. Anything related to benefits. I wish they took into consideration the way they make us feel.
