Esa not being paid in

in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)

For 6 fortnights in a row I have had to ring up for my benefit as it not getting paid in I was wondering if this is happening to anyone else they keep promising it's sorted but looked tonight not gone in again it's causing me so many problems and I suffer with my mental health and it's making me ill

    Hi and a very warm welcome to the community.

    I'm sorry to hear that about your your money not being paid in.

    You're right it is enormously stressful.

    I would seek some help from someone like the citizens advice or a welfare rights organisation.

    Hopefully one of the experienced members here will advise you.

    Hi @Tasha66, that's awful, no wonder it's causing so much stress. There's clearly something not right on the system if this keeps happening. And as you're raising this with them constantly and it's not being resolved, the next step would be to raise a complaint.

    It's only happened to me once, they said that it was a computer fault and it happens from time to time.

    They then put my money in within a couple of hours.
