IIm On esa lwcra I'm changing property address within the next 2 weeks I'm stressed about being assessed again then losing part of my entitlement I have an autism diagnosis and have noted down all answers to all questions on uc50 form I'm very anxious about it

It really will be a simple change of address with the DWP.
Once you've moved, update them with your address and that's that.
