hello
please i would like an advice. i received pip due to my health conditions. i have fibromyalgia and cervical spondylosis.
my husband works full time as a bus driver. he wanted to be my carer to support me so his thinking but he need to be full time carer so we dont know either reduce his hours or taking his time off
if he go ahead can we get UC and the the carer allowance will be reduced from UC or my PIP

UC works by adding up entitlements, then making any deductions.
If he is eligible Carers Allowance would be deducted in full from your UC award.
Carers Element (UC) can also be claimed by your husband, this is £209.34.

how do we approach UC if he leave the work and be my carer please
if he is eligible for Carer Allowance
he doesn't want to leave his job without guarenting UC to live on

I'd recommend you try the benefits calculator, so you can see your estimated UC award without him working.
You could ask for assistance with this from a local welfare rights organisation, or the Scope helpline

As part of the UC application one of the questions is about caring for someone.
He doesn't need to be claiming Carers Allowance to be eligible for Carers Element, you getting PIP will qualify him for CE.
