Hi @Juana and welcome to the community. If he's using your address for his benefits I'd recommend contacting the DWP to explain that he doesn't live with you. This will protect you in future from any issues that might arise.

Has he given a reason as to why he isn't using his own address for his company? Using your address puts you at risk if there are any issues with his company so I'd ask him to change it immediately.
