I agree with you.
I won't comment on his sanity because I'm not qualified to do so but he doesn't care about what consequences his words and actions are having around the world.

Trump now wants the Falklands for USA - he's not going to get them … after the number of deaths in 1982 - he's got to be kidding. Over 90% of islanders voted to remain with UK.
