Hello - I am currently looking for another budgeting loan and currently owe around £130.
I think I can pay this back and then get another, but are there rules regarding how many you can have in a certain timeframe, as I had one around October/November…

There isn’t a strict limit on how many budgeting loans you can have in a year, but you can only have one at a time, so you’d need to repay the £130 in full before applying again and it's not guaranteed you'll be accepted.
Once it’s cleared, you can usually apply for another even if your last one was in October/November, but they can still decline as they’ll still check your reason for applying, ability to repay and any other debts you may have.
