I've had my decision And with the accessor made a while back And with the accessor made a while back this On this has still not being sorted out can someone please help me as I have heart condition where I had a heart attack and I also have unpredictable epilepsy And I faint more than other than ever than I have before I've got um I swear arthritis on my left foot yeah my left here I brought my calcanean bone and in six places I've had metal plates for 11 years and then I had it removed As is becomes deformed a number for is deformed Um can someone please help me or what to do next And as epilepsy suffering individual who's living in temporary accommodation I've had to go through several different accommodations and going through several different job centres after 3years nothing has of yet been resolved every time I move i automatically go to a new job centre then the whole process starts again please considering this information, help me .on what I have to do
