    Hi, Catherine I'm doing quite well, excited about a video call tomorow where I discuss starting ADHD medication. I was thinking recently I hope you're okay as I hadn't seen you on the forum for quite a while.

    Sure I'll let you know how things go. Are you on any medication for your ADHD? If you are do you find that it helps a lot?

    Hi, Catherine21, well, the clinician didn't show up for the video call unfortunately, I was waiting for an hour before I gave up. Had to then email HealthHarmonie Minds letting them know what happened and that I'd like to re-book.

    I'm guessing maybe the clinician was ill or had computer/phone issues.

    Is there anything you're scared about in particular to do with the medication?

    I hope that it helps me get the house straightened out and then for me to be able to keep on top of that so things don't deteriorate again, that I'll be able to look after my health better, that I'll be able to manage several obligations at once instead of it being really stressful and me not being able to think straight, and for me to finally do all the things I have planned but just never get around to doing them like money making ideas, etc.
