Poem called April Showers

We haven't opened our umbrellas for the rainfall during these April showers. The rain catches us off guard, and it’s all about making sure we keep ourselves dry while driving for cover, because the downpours are sporadic and heavy at times.

In the UK, April showers are part and parcel of the climate we experience. These rains can persist for many hours, causing flooding across the country as they grace our shores throughout the month.

Yet, some people love to dance and find romance in the April mist. For them, the rain helps wash away the pain and the various challenges we face in our lives.
