Just joined, no idea what I’m doing yet lol, so bear with. I am a 50 year old woman with chronic osteoarthritis! Got progressively worse over the past four years, I am a nurse but currently can’t go back to work due to not being able to walk properly and pain. I have my partner but not many other people really, mum died 2 years ago, and friends don’t really want to know when you can’t do stuff for them anymore, so I’m not afraid to say it I’m lonely, here’s to hopefully making some friends 😬🤞xx

    I was a nurse too and have osteoarthritis and a multitude of other issues! I'm sorry for the loss of your mum, I lost my lovely mum in Dec 2022.

    Hi very sorry to hear of your health issues.

    I had to take early ill health retirement around 16 years ago but I couldn't continue working due to worsening physical health.
