Bedroom tax?

I have just had someone call on us promoting scope. I was told that he thought that the bedroom tax had been ruled unlawful in the courts. My wife is disabled now has a bedroom for herself because of the equipment plus she has a hospital bed, which means there's no room for me. I sleep in a separate room and also her full time carer. We live in a disabled adapted 3 bedroom house and have to pay the council £60 a fortnight extra. This is so wrong. We have no problem in paying for one but why have we got to pay for two.
