Summer's been arrested for it, and there's a ton of evidence that she did it, but it turns out it this coming week that it could've been his ex missus.
Although personally I reckon it was Gary Windass, well he does have a motive and did have several run-ins with the victim.

Why are all the gorgeous women a bit evil? Apparently it comes out next week that Jodie was the Truthteller, and Lisa's got her eye on Danielle for murdering her ex-husband.
Tyrone has some explaining to do, he saw what happened between Summer and Theo on the night Theo died, yet still hasn't said anything to Lisa or the Police in general.

He's still a strong contender, but it definitely wasn't Summer, and Todd fully intends to pass on the Inheritance to Danielle's kids, even though she thinks he bumped Theo off FOR the Inheritance.
