Hi, my name is dkalyan1! PIP and Employment tribunal on Friday
Hi Everyone, I know how hard it is to look for remote work due to my disability (be it customer service or collection roles). Trying since Dec 2024 when I was unfortunate to be discriminated at work. But joining organisations like this I come to learn I am not alone. I also have to go to Tribunal for both PIP due this Friday and Employment Tribunal. So challenging again because you are on your own.

Hi @dkalyan1 and welcome to the community. I'm glad that you've found us so you feel less alone. How are you feeling about Friday? Are you doing it via phone or video?
I'm so sorry you were discriminated against at work. Am I right in assuming that is what the employment tribunal is for? It must be such a worry for you. Do you have any support at all?

Hi Rachel, I do not have any support but have so much medical backing from surgeons and GP and the Blue Badge Assessment, though I still feel anxious, as I have that and my operation 11 days later. This is a telephone appointment for me
Thanks Both for your kind words

Good luck with your PIP tribunal on Friday I hope it goes well @dkalyan1
Perhaps if you feel up to it you could let us know how you get on.
Do you have a date yet for your Employment tribunal?
Take care.
