I haven't dated for 18 years, have been married for not much less, and I don't have cerebral palsy so I shan't be of much help at all I'm afraid.
I just didn't want you to think your post was being ignored on here. There's a section on the forums called 'Ask a sex and relationships expert' you might have more luck posting on there.
