Studying With The Open University
Can someone please tell me whether I can study full-time with the Open university and still claim UC (LCWRA)?

Probably, I'm looking into it myself.
Check http://open.ac.uk for details.

Hi,
Generally you need to have PIP or ADP as well, in order to keep LCWRA when starting a full time University course.

Hi @sightsmash, as Overly Anxious mentioned above, if you're on PIP or ADP, you can study at the same time as being on LCWRA. There's a page here about being a student on Universal Credit:
It's also worth reading further down the page about funding options as your payments can sometimes be affected by Student finance.
What are you hoping to study? A couple of people I know have studied with the Open University. Hope you're able to go ahead with it ☺️

Hi, I'm probably going to do something like business management

If you do decide to study with OU, and I hope you can! - make sure to get evidence of any support measures or adjustments you might get/need - just in case! My son went to uni and PIP tried to use it against him but we were able to prove that he could only do so because of numerous formal and informal support measures. (this is if you have PIP of course) It sounds like a really good move though

I'm sure I enquired about this last week? They never did get back to me, might chase that up next week.
