Hating stuff

A few years ago I heard a song that made me think about how much time I spent just hating stuff and focussing on things that suck.

It made me start trying to pay attention to things I actually really like, such as seeing birds in the garden, a hot shower, clean sheets

it really has helped me feel a little less hopeless and how lame it is to always be hating stuff

I thought we could do a post about the little things we love and try and find all the stuff we love or makes our days better?

    Love this! Fresh bedding is up there on my list too @Mr_Shoes_Tied! Also seeing friends and family, and finding a great film or series to get my head into. ☺️

    A hot shower is top 5 for me as well @Mr_Shoes_Tied! Especially if I have a nice smelling shower gel😊

    I like seeing a clear blue sky and being able to just get outside in the fresh air.

    Also, I really like sour chewy sweets😅

    McDonalds Caramel Frappe … total brain freeze, never sure if I'm having a heart attack or it's just freezing my insides … but they're so lush

    Very similar to you @Mr_Shoes_Tied, in that I love toasted tiger bread with lots of salted butter. It's a little thing but it makes me feel warm inside.

    I always get 'brain freeze' with ice cream and ice drinks and don't take big lumps so it must not work in all situations 😕

    I drink warm room temperature alongside cold things now 😁

    I love clear blue skies when walking the dog. Marmite on thick white toast, finding old comedies on all the plus channels, currently re-watching Green Wing on More 4, it is totally bonkers and still hilarious!! 🤣😉
