Hi, my name is BabooshkaBoys123!
CCan Someone please help, I was migrated to UC from working tax credits in January 2025. Despite gaving pip and mobility award and blue badge dwp did not assess my health. They have admitted this is an official error. I had transitional protection and I have read somewhere that if they had assesed me correctly at the beginning I would have been put on lcwra so that would have eroded 400 of my 600 tp and the remaining 200 tp would have been protected because I would not be expected to work so it wouldn't be tied to the 3 month low income and I'd lose it.
I hope that makes sense. However thry didn't do the assesment, the didn't apply the work allowance which would have allowed me to keep mote of my wages, instead they have been treating me as a healthy claimant and have been taking 55% of my entire wage. My health has determined and my dr is saying I am no longer fit for work due to my healthvand the vast amounts of medication I am on means I could not work safely. UC are telling me that because I can't work any more I will lose all of my tp even though the lcwra is only 400 they say I will lose the remaining 200 because my wages will fall below what a healthyvworker should be earning. They say I am not intitled to any tp anymore. Can somebody that understands all this please advise me. UC caseworker is not phoning me despite 7 requests on the journal and 2 requests by my mp. Please help

Hi @BabooshkaBoys123 and welcome to the community. I've added a tag that will hopefully highlight this to members who might have been through something similar, and can advise.
