Looking for a builders merchants in NW London who accept VAT exemption

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can nominate a builders merchants who accept the HRMC VAT EXEMPTION for disability. We are in the nw London area. thanks.

  Will you be doing the work yourself? Or just supplying the materials?

  If doing work yourself you may need to pay VAT at the supplier, then claim it back from HMRC afterwards.
