Mobility Giant Buy Back
I called Mobility Giant last week, and we agreed on a price for my now unused boot scooter.
Today at 07:45, a van collected the scooter, and I was told to call their office in Sevenoaks after 09:00, in order to receive my money.
Yes, selling privately would secure higher sale price, but i wanted to let you know that such a service exists, if convenience is important.

Did they actually pay cash - because their website mentions Part/exchange rather than outright purchase …..

Bacs, no problem at all. Look up "Mobility Giant Buy Back Scheme".

Did you purchase it from them in the first place though ?
"buy back" implies that you did……

Apparently - it's a company called "sell my mobility" who actually buy the equipment

Easy pay and Mobility Giant are the same company. One leases , one sells.
