Hi. I was wondering if anyone can advise me. Both myself and partner are on LCWRA. My partner is soon to get his State Pension. Will the LWCRA payment be transferred to me or will my partner still get it. Im in Scotland Btw ☺️

Hi,
You will become a mixed age couple for UC when your partner starts receiving his state pension.
LCWRA will still be included in your joint UC claim.
The state pension will be deducted in full from UC.
