Hi i am suffering bad with my gambing addiction need help coz i had a review coming up on my sick payments but i lost alot of people in my life and i need help stop gambling and i dont want my money stop either from uc

    There may also be local groups where you live that can support you which might help if you're feeling a bit isolated at the minute. You can also speak to your GP about this, and support for your mental wellbeing.

    Hi Tracy, nice to meet you here. I am sorry to read about your addiction, but like Holly said… good for you for trying to get help. That takes a lot of courage and it also means (well, I think so) that you are seeing things could be different. Hang in there, it is okay to be human and therefor messy.
