in Start here and say hello!

Had my 1st ever pips phone assesment last week thought it went quite well all off a sudden i get a text a week later saying capitat wants a 2nd assessment is this normal practice ..should i be worried

    No this isn't normal. One phone assessment should be enough. Sometimes people get another quick call to confirm something, but not another whole assessment.

    A second assessment is usually only required where the assessor did not do their job properly. Although it could be an error, so you might want to call Capita and double check the reason for another assessment.
