Voluntary health call

Hi

My hubby had a message on our UC claim ref a voluntary health call.

I responded, no thank you and informed them he is in the LCWRA group. I also informed them that since Jan 26 till the 3rd June when I replied to the message that he had 251 seizures. He also has other health problems.

Do I need to say anything else.

I had one of those messages a couple of months ago. I politely declined via my jounal, and they politely acknowledged my reply, stating I could reach out if I changed my mind.

Had a reply today. They said if my hubby needed any help in the future, just get in touch. It took them 8 days to reply.

Thanks for updating us @snuggles65, it's useful to know how long it took them to get back to you - that's quite a while! Hopefully they don't bother you again for a while.
