I couldn't even imagine applying for hundreds of jobs, sounds like a lot of work!

The irony is, I've applied for 1000s of jobs and been rejected for 998 of 'em.

She's explaining the traps people fall into when applying, she changed her cv to suit the job she was applying for by capitalising on what she'd studied and passed to do. So if you were applying for retail, you'd capitalise on your experience in the trade and what you studied and worked on at the time. Meaning, don't put the same thing on the application every time.

Unfortunately it's harder than ever for disable people to find work, because there are so many people without disabilities seeking work. Although firms should have an obligation to hire more disabled people, it's not happening.

And never will, especially if a certain company becomes the next government.

This is just the start of things, its going to get alot & alot harder as time goes on, especially with AI replacing alot of work.

Yeah because AI can work 24/7, never gets sick or needs any time off for family stuff or owt else.

Only trouble is, in a few years, the story of the first Terminator movie might actually come true, the AI robots might go bad and start destroying the world.
And no, I am not scaremongering.
