Dorset bus company cheap rides for disabled

I was confused by the caption to begin with (it only applying before 9.30am and after 11pm) but it kind of makes sense reading the article that it's aimed at working disabled people.

Given they have free transport between 9.30am-11pm it's a wonder they need to charge outside of that. I wonder how much fares were before they changed it to £1

Interesting idea though
