Hi, I'm Logies! Haven't told DWP I have savings, will I be done for fraud?
I get pension credit, but I didn’t let DWP know I had more savings in bank accounts than I should have, will I be done for fraud?

No. If you've got more than £10,000 in capital, you will just have to pay some money back. The deduction should have been £1 per week for every £500 you have above £10,000.

Hi @Logies, welcome to the community, hope you're doing well today ☺️
Lots of people make honest mistakes, so it's really unlikely you'd be prosecuted for fraud. How long have you been claiming pension credit with your savings above the limits?
As OverlyAnxious mentioned, you may have to pay some money back if they find you've been overpaid. It's a good idea to get in touch with them and explain as soon as possible so they can get things sorted for you.
