Hi, I'm tots67! Do I need to report that my son passed his driving test?

Hello all .
My son who is 20 was awarded low level mobility and daily living due to his autism.
He has now past his driving test and buying a car , he will be accompanied In his car by either his mum/ Dad or friend
My question is do i report a change of circumstances
