Hi im looking for some help . Im single and recive lcwra, standard daily living for pip and high rate mobility pip and also claim uc , my daughter also lives woth me who is 19 and works 28 hours a week would my benefits be effected if my daughters partner moves in who also works 28 hours a week

No, your daughter's partner moving in won't impact your benefits. It could impact any council tax support you receive and you should let UC and the council know he is living there, but it should not impact what you receive from UC or PIP.
